Who it’s for: Anyone in business who works with prices, costs, budgets or reports and wants to be sure the numbers are right.

What happens in it: a short film shows a VAT-inclusive quote, a VAT figure taken the wrong way, and the 1.15 that works in both directions. In Your call you make the decisions in a real case: a client invoice, a supplier’s bill and the month’s VAT to SARS. Then, in the boardroom, you make the case to Fatima, the financial controller, in three questions.
