Description

Who it’s for: Managers, owners and teams who use AI, or are deciding whether to, and need to judge it in numbers rather than impressions.

What happens in it: a short film shows a board with fifteen minutes, four measures on four scales, and the one rate it can hold the AI to. In Your call you make the decisions in a real case: a health insurer’s member assistant, a limit agreed before launch, and a new feature pushing the rate past it. Then, in the boardroom, you make the case to Joost, the board chair, in three questions.

How it works: five scenes in about 35 minutes: the data film, the lesson, Your call, practice with fresh numbers that mark themselves, and the boardroom. Finish all five for your certificate. It is course 5 of 5 in the Safety season of the AI for Business series.
