Description
Who it’s for: Managers, owners and teams who use AI, or are deciding whether to, and need to judge it in numbers rather than impressions.
What happens in it: a short film shows two drafts with errors, a month of AI output, and how often it needs fixing. In Your call you make the decisions in a real case: help-centre answers, a definition of “needed fixing”, and one outdated source behind most of the errors. Then, in the boardroom, you make the case to Dorota, the chief operating officer, in three questions.
How it works: five scenes in about 35 minutes: the data film, the lesson, Your call, practice with fresh numbers that mark themselves, and the boardroom. Finish all five for your certificate. It is course 3 of 5 in the Time saved season of the AI for Business series.
