Description
Who it’s for: Anyone in a store or a retail head office who has to answer one question: How often does a customer find an empty shelf where your product should be?
What happens in it: Watch the idea unfold: a busy store, the lines it is meant to stock, the empty slots, and the number that counts them. In Your call you make the decisions in a real case: Weekend foot traffic conversion at Ironwood Hardware has been slowly declining, so I commissioned a full shelf audit. It shows 42 stockout lines out of 1,050 active lines. Then, in the boardroom, you make the case to Gary, the regional director, in three questions.
How it works: five scenes in about 35 minutes: the data film, the lesson, Your call, practice with fresh numbers that mark themselves, and the boardroom. Finish all five for your certificate. It is course 3 of 6 in the Availability and service season of the Retail series.
