Description

Who it’s for: Anyone running delivery in sprints or flow who needs to know how fast the work is really moving.

What happens in it: a short film shows a fast team, a client who still says it takes forever, and the days nobody was counting. In Your call you make the decisions in a real case: I run the board for tenant and landlord requests on Maple Hollow Properties’ tenant app. We finished 30 items last month. For those items, the days from the request being logged to done add up to 540 days, and the days from work started to done add up to 180 days. Landlords complain that changes “take weeks”, and the managing director asks how long they really wait. Then, in the boardroom, you make the case to Rhett, the service delivery manager, in three questions.

How it works: five scenes in about 35 minutes: the data film, the lesson, Your call, practice with fresh numbers that mark themselves, and the boardroom. Finish all five for your certificate. It is course 4 of 5 in the Agile delivery flow season of the Project Management series.
