Description
Who it’s for: Anyone in a store or a retail head office who has to answer one question: How strongly does each store pull people in?
What happens in it: Watch the idea unfold: two stores, very different opening hours, and the one figure that makes them comparable. In Your call you make the decisions in a real case: I’m deciding which of our two mall stores gets a bigger marketing budget next quarter. Last month, Store A counted 14,400 visitors across 240 trading hours, and Store B counted 9,000 visitors across 180 trading hours. Then, in the boardroom, you make the case to Grant, the retail director, in three questions.
How it works: five scenes in about 30 minutes: the data film, the lesson, Your call, practice with fresh numbers that mark themselves, and the boardroom. Finish all five for your certificate. It is course 1 of 6 in the Store sales and shoppers season of the Retail series.
