Description
Who it’s for: Anyone in a store or a retail head office who has to answer one question: How many of the people who walk in actually buy?
What happens in it: Watch the idea unfold: a busy store, the visitors who leave empty-handed, and the number that counts the buyers. In Your call you make the decisions in a real case: I’m reviewing weekend performance at Cornerstone. Last Saturday the counter recorded 5,000 visitors, and 750 of them completed a purchase. Then, in the boardroom, you make the case to Keith, the area manager, in three questions.
How it works: five scenes in about 30 minutes: the data film, the lesson, Your call, practice with fresh numbers that mark themselves, and the boardroom. Finish all five for your certificate. It is course 1 of 4 in the Customers and pricing season of the Retail series.
