Description
Who it’s for: Anyone who has to answer for a marketing number and wants to answer one question properly: How many times was your ad seen, and by how many people?
What happens in it: Watch the idea unfold: a TV schedule, the number of showings, and why it is not the number of people. In Your call you make the decisions in a real case: I’ve just received the post-campaign report for our TV campaign. The headline reads 12,000,000 impressions. Douglas Pierce, our CEO, wants to know whether it was a success, and Kevin Sullivan from our agency is on a call with me to go through the report. Then, in the boardroom, you make the case to Douglas, the chief executive, in three questions.
How it works: five scenes in about 30 minutes: the data film, the lesson, Your call, practice with fresh numbers that mark themselves, and the boardroom. Finish all five for your certificate. It is course 3 of 5 in the Media planning season of the Marketing series.
