Description
Who it’s for: Anyone in a store or a retail head office who has to answer one question: How much of your surplus food feeds people instead of a landfill?
What happens in it: Watch the idea unfold: a month of surplus food, the share that reached food banks, and the branches the average hides. In Your call you make the decisions in a real case: I’m preparing our sustainability report. Last month, 4,200 kilograms of surplus food were shared with food banks, out of 7,000 kilograms of total perishable waste generated. Then, in the boardroom, you make the case to Ernest, the chief executive, in three questions.
How it works: five scenes in about 30 minutes: the data film, the lesson, Your call, practice with fresh numbers that mark themselves, and the boardroom. Finish all five for your certificate. It is course 4 of 6 in the Waste, loss and returns season of the Retail series.
