Description
Who it’s for: Anyone whose projects grow after they were priced, and who needs to show where the extra work came from.
What happens in it: a short film shows forty requirements signed off, eight on the move, and the share of the agreement still holding. In Your call you make the decisions in a real case: building a new online member portal for the Kensley Mutual Aid Society. We signed off 60 requirements at the start. Three months in, 12 of those original requirements have been modified, and the society has added 6 new requirements, so the current list holds 66. The society’s committee asks how settled the requirements are. Then, in the boardroom, you make the case to Leander, the project manager, in three questions.
How it works: five scenes in about 35 minutes: the data film, the lesson, Your call, practice with fresh numbers that mark themselves, and the boardroom. Finish all five for your certificate. It is course 5 of 5 in the Scope and change control season of the Project Management series.
