In 35 minutes you will round any figure half up to the nearest 1 000, 100, 10, whole number, 1 or 2 decimals. You will also estimate an answer by rounding each figure first, and judge whether an exact answer is believable. And you will round once, at the end, never in stages or too early in a calculation.

Who it’s for: Anyone in business who works with prices, costs, budgets or reports and wants to be sure the numbers are right.

What happens in it: a short film shows a laundry invoice, a one-minute estimate, and an exact figure rounded once, at the end.
