What happens in it: a short film shows an AI that drafts every reply, and the people who still check some of them. In Your call you make the decisions in a real case: an AI that summarises mortgage files, a quality team checking almost a third of them, and a director who wants that number down. Then, in the boardroom, you make the case to Liv, the operations director, in three questions.
How it works: five scenes in about 35 minutes: the data film, the lesson, Your call, practice with fresh numbers that mark themselves, and the boardroom. Finish all five for your certificate. It is course 2 of 5 in the AI versus people season of the AI for Business series.
